Reminder: You must reapply every month!
We love supporting small businesses, local makers, and creative entrepreneurs! If you're wondering whether your business is a good fit for The Wellborn Market, this quick guide can help:
✅ You’re a great fit if you…
Make your own products (crafts, art, baked goods, handmade items, etc.)
Grow or produce something yourself (farmer, gardener, small-batch food maker)
Run a local small business or mobile boutique
Sell vintage, upcycled, or repurposed items with your own creative twist
Represent your own original brand (no franchises or national chains)
Offer a service that adds value to the market atmosphere (face painting, balloon art, etc.)
⚠️ You may not be a good fit if you…
❌ Sell products from a multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales company (e.g., Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, Herbalife, Avon, ItWorks, youngliving, etc...)
❌ Provide IV fluids, mobile injections, or other on-site medical services (including mobile doctors, Botox, vitamin shots, etc.)
❌ Provide Mobile Health, Wellness or related services, or other on or off site medical services (including mobile doctors, Botox, vitamin shots, etc.)
❌ Are primarily focused on recruitment rather than direct product sales
❌ Resell mass-produced items from online retailers (e.g., Shein, Alibaba, Temu)
❌ Offer services or products that don’t align with our community-focused, family-friendly atmosphere
🛑 Important Note on Compliance
Vendors who do not follow market rules or misrepresent their products during the application process may not be invited back to future events. This helps us protect the integrity of the market and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

The market manager reserves the right to resolve disputes, adjust booth locations, and make case-by-case decisions in the best interest of the market.
We want to be fully transparent with our amazing vendors and community supporters.
The Wellborn Market does not generate profit.
It is organized entirely by volunteers (just me for now lol) with a passion for building up local makers, farmers, artists, and small businesses. The market itself does not keep any portion of booth fees.
All booth fees are treated as direct donations to the Wellborn Community Center and Cemetery.
These funds help maintain the historic community center, support local events, and preserve the Wellborn Cemetery for future generations.
In return, the Wellborn Community Center generously allows us to host the market on their grounds at no cost. This partnership is what makes the market possible.
All other market expenses—such as signage, printing, and materials—are covered out-of-pocket by the market organizer (that’s me, Cody!).
If you’d ever like to contribute to the market itself by donating signage, printing services, or supplies, please feel free to reach out. Every bit helps us keep this event running smoothly and beautifully.
Please note: Booth fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or weather, due to their nature as charitable donations.
Thank you for being part of this community-driven event!
