Indoor vendor spaces are located inside the Wellborn Community Center, offering a comfortable and weather-protected environment.
Space Size: 8x6 feet
Fee: $15 per booth
Details:
One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided.
Limited spots available—early application is recommended.
Responsible for cleaning area before leaving.
Decorations: Indoor vendors may decorate their booths but must not damage walls or floors.
Outdoor Vendors
Outdoor vendor spaces provide ample room for larger displays and setups.
Space Size: 10x10 feet
Fee: $10 per booth
Details:
Location: Outdoor booths will be located under the pavilion. If space becomes limited, some vendors may be asked to set up outside the pavilion.
Equipment: Vendors under the pavilion will not require canopies or tents. Vendors setting up outside the pavilion must bring their own canopies, tents, tables, and necessary equipment.
Canopies: If required, canopies must have proper weights to ensure safety in case of wind.
Weather: Outdoor vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions, as the market will proceed rain or shine.
Access to electricity is limited; please inquire if needed.
Food Trucks
Food trucks are a key part of The Wellborn Market, offering delicious food and drink options for visitors.
Fee: $20 per truck
Details:
Parking spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Food trucks must have all necessary permits and comply with local health regulations.
Power hookups are not guaranteed—trucks should bring their own generators if required.

Vendor Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to The Wellborn Market! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, we ask all vendors to follow the rules and guidelines outlined below.
Application and Approval: All vendors must submit an application for approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The market manager will notify you if your application is approved.
Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces are assigned by the market manager. Vendors may not change or move their assigned location without prior approval.
Setup and Teardown:
Setup begins at 8:00AM the day of Market. Vendors must be fully set up and ready by the start of the market at 9:00 AM.
Teardown must be completed by 1:30. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving.
Attendance: Vendors are expected to attend all dates they commit to. If you cannot attend, notify the market manager as soon as possible.
Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other vendors, customers, and market staff.
No Call/No Show: Vendors who fail to attend a market without prior notice will be removed from our vendor email list and will not receive notifications when future market applications open. This policy ensures fairness and gives priority to vendors who are committed to attending and supporting the market. Vendors who wish to participate again after a no-call/no-show will need to reapply through the regular vendor application on our website.

Permits and Licenses:
All food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits, licenses, and certifications (e.g., health permits, food handler cards) as required by local, state, or federal laws.
Proof of permits may be requested by the market manager.
Health and Safety:
Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.
Food and beverages must be stored and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
Indoor Vendors: $15 per booth.
Outdoor Vendors: $10 per booth.
Food Trucks: $25 per truck.
All fees must be paid prior to the set-up and are non-refundable. Vendor fees will be donated directly to the Wellborn Community Center and Cemetery.
Approved Products: Vendors may only sell items listed in their application unless otherwise approved by the market manager.
Prohibited Items: The sale of illegal, offensive, or dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
Unique Items: Vendors bringing items similar to those already offered at the market may be placed on a waiting list or asked to exclude certain products.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and property. The Wellborn Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and permits related to their business.
By participating, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellborn Market, the Wellborn Community Center, and its representatives from any claims arising from their participation.
By attending The Wellborn Market, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, or injury.
You are responsible for your own property, equipment, and products.
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined by The Wellborn Market.
The Wellborn Market and Wellborn Community Center are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or disputes that may occur during the event.
The Wellborn Community Center will have a donation booth at the event. Vendors and visitors are encouraged to support this cherished community space.
The market manager reserves the right to enforce rules, settle disputes, adjust booth sizes and locations, and impose penalties, including suspension or removal from the market, for any violations.
